Curious how AI talks about your brand?Run a free visibility check

AI visibility only shows its full value when you see it alongside the rest of your marketing. How much traffic comes from AI search? How does it relate to organic search? Are you paying for ads on topics where you are already visible? With the integrations in place, you can answer this in one tool.

The short version: Go to Project and Integrations. Connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console first, and remember to choose the right property after you sign in. Then connect the ad accounts you use.

Where to connect

Go to Project and Integrations. The Connections tab shows all the integrations, and the Health tab shows whether they are working as they should.

How to connect, step by step

  • Click the integration and sign in with the account that has access.
  • Choose the right property or account. This step is easy to skip, and it is the most common reason an integration says it is connected but is empty.
  • Wait for the first sync. After that, the data updates automatically.

Start with these two

Google Analytics 4

Shows which visits and conversions come from AI sources such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. With GA4 connected, the Traffic and Landing Pages tabs in the AI Monitor module fill up, and you can see whether the AI traffic actually converts.

Google Search Console

Brings in up to 16 months of organic search history. You can then compare your visibility in AI answers with your visibility in Google, and see which topics you are strong on in one and weak on in the other.

Ad accounts

Manager can connect to Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), TikTok Ads and OpenAI Ads. You get the results gathered in one overview, and you can keep an eye on status and budgets without signing in to each platform. You can also pause campaigns and adjust budgets directly from Manager.

Other useful integrations

  • Google Tag Manager: view and manage your tracking from Manager.
  • Google Business Profile: reviews and insights for local visibility.
  • WordPress and other publishing platforms: let Manager read and update your content. See Connect your website and choose the right data collector.
  • Online store: Shopify and WooCommerce for products and revenue.

Three analyses you can run once everything is connected

  • Does the AI traffic convert? Compare the conversion rate from AI sources with other channels. AI traffic is often small in volume, but it tends to convert well, because the customer has already received a recommendation.
  • Where do you overlap? Compare the topics where you are visible in AI with the topics you pay the most for in ads. Where you are already visible, there may be money to save. Where you are not visible, you will often find new opportunities.
  • Which pages do the work? Compare the pages cited in AI answers with the pages that rank in Google and the pages that convert. The ones that do well in all three are worth building on.

Frequently asked questions

The integration says it is connected, but I see no data. What is wrong?

The most common reason is that no property or account was chosen after signing in. Open the integration and choose the right one. Also check the Health tab, which shows whether a connection has expired or has problems.

Will the numbers in Manager match the numbers in GA4 and the ad platforms?

Small differences are normal. Each platform measures in its own way, and what matters is the trend over time.

Can I manage campaigns from Manager?

Yes, if you want to. You can pause campaigns and change budgets from Manager, and you decide what gets changed.
