Curious how AI talks about your brand?Run a free visibility check
You now have data that few others in your industry have: how the AI models describe you, who is taking your place, and what you can do about it. The insight is worth the most when it reaches the people who make decisions. With a Brief in Manager you create a report in a few minutes and share it with a link or by email.
The short version: Go to Analytics and Brief, click New brief and choose the type that fits the recipient. Share it with a public link, or set it up as a recurring report.
Create a Brief
Go to Analytics and Brief, and click New brief. Choose the type that fits the recipient:
- Leadership: short and high level, for leadership.
- Ops: more detailed, for the people working on the actions.
- Client: tailored to a client, if you are an agency or consultant.
- Findings: the findings from the period.
- Full: everything in one.
- Custom: put the content together yourself.
You can create a Brief once, or set it up as a recurring report that is sent out automatically, for example every week or month.
Share it
- Public link: click Share and create a link. You can set an expiry date and a password, so you stay in control of who sees it.
- Email: recurring reports are sent automatically to the recipients you choose. With Send to recipients you can send a report again.
Show what you have done too
Under Growth and Actions you can create an activity report as a PDF for a chosen period. It shows which actions have been completed, and it pairs well with a Brief when you want to show both results and effort. Each individual action can also be exported as a PDF.
How to make a report that gets read
The recipient rarely has time for a lot of numbers. Open with one number and one recommendation:
"We are mentioned in X percent of the AI answers in our most important area. Our competitor is mentioned in Y percent. This is the action we propose."
That is enough to start the conversation. The details can sit in the report for those who want to read more.
- For leadership: your share of AI answers compared with competitors, the trend over time and what it means for sales.
- For the team: which questions and sources you are losing on, and which actions come next.
- For a client: the results, the actions taken and the plan ahead.
Tips
- Set up a monthly Leadership brief right away. Leadership then gets the trend without you having to remember to send it.
- Use a password on links that go outside the company.
- Include the competitor picture. It is often what engages leadership the most.

Frequently asked questions
Can the recipient see the report without an account?
Yes. A public link can be opened by anyone who has it, optionally with a password.
Can I revoke a shared link?
You can set an expiry date when you create the link, so it stops working on its own.
What happens to the reports when the free trial ends?
If you choose a plan, recurring reports continue as before, and the history keeps building.
