The challenge
Nobody types this query proudly. It gets typed late at night, in a private window, often by the partner or parent rather than the person themselves. The words used are rarely the clinical ones — they are the everyday ones people reach for when they are worried and do not yet know what to call it.
That is exactly the kind of question people have moved into AI assistants. It feels private, it does not judge, and it gives one answer instead of a page of ads. Whoever the assistant names is the service that gets contacted.
So the brief was simple to state and hard to do well: be the service an assistant can name, and be readable enough that it names you for the right reason.

Why this matters
For a health service, visibility is not a vanity metric. Someone is looking for help and will contact whichever service they find first and trust fastest. Being invisible in that moment has a cost that does not show up in a marketing report.
An assistant will only name a service it can describe with confidence: what it treats, who provides it, where it is available, what it costs, what happens on the first call. If the site does not state those things, the model stays vague and names someone else.
